Empowered Family Connection Groups
Trauma Informed & Attachment Based Groups
Our Empowered Family Connection Groups provide adoptive, foster, and kinship parents a place to connect with one another. Each connection group opens with a time of sharing, continues with a piece of curriculum, and ends with a group discussion on the curriculum concepts.
Faith-Based Replanted Support Groups
These groups ask for a year commitment to deepen in fellowship while following the Replanted Ministry curriculum using scripture as a guide. A children’s curriculum is also available and optional to implement.
Heart to Heart
This support group serves the greater Sacramento area and is dedicated to serving adoptive families by providing community, education, and resources.
Growing Hope
Growing Hope is a support group located in Cameron Park, California on the campus of Foothills Church. We are dedicated to the support of adoptive and foster families in the Greater Sacramento region by providing community, education and resources.
