Monthly: Building a Calm Environment at Home

This month we will have Dr. Marlina Selva, Psy.D., LMFT with us. Dr. Selva is a local therapist who specializes in adoption, foster care, and attachment issues.

In this fast-paced, technology-driven world it is easy for both our children and ourselves to live with a high level of stress. This parent training will cover practical and specific techniques that can be integrated into the daily life of your family to create a calmer environment.  Dr. Selva will also go over ways to respond to children during stressful times that enable both parent and child to feel less overwhelmed.
