Monthly: Anger Styles and Anger Management

We are delighted to have Donna Erickson back with us to help adoptive, foster, and kinship parents learn how to deal with anger (in both themselves and their children!)
Donna has been a Foster Parent Trainer with the Foster and Kinship Care Education Program of the Department of Family and Children Services in Santa Clara County for the past 30 years. Being a former foster child herself enables her to also speak from a place of personal experience.
This training will
- Provide you with a helpful assessment tool to identify 31 types of anger in yourself and/or your child
- Teach you practical skills to redirect and manage anger in both yourself and/or your child
- Show you the progression of anger and how to figure out when it’s time to seek professional help
