• Submit a separate form entry for each child currently living in your home.
• Please do not exceed $50 (per gift, per child) when requesting gifts for your child.
• Your Child’s Christmas gift(s) will not be wrapped this year.
• Please be specific! (i.e. Gift Card to Old Navy or Target…DC Comics Super Friends Robo Batcave Playset from Toys R Us)
• You may request up to 2 items for your child. Remember, please do not exceed a $50 per gift.
• We cannot guarantee that your child will receive exactly what they are asking for.
• You must be in our network before your child’s gift wish is processed. Not sure if you’re in our network? Just ask Judy!

House Gift Guidelines:

• You may request up to 3 “House Gift” items. Please only submit one request for a house gift, not to exceed $50.
