Sonoma County Point Person Gathering

Please register here to let us know you will be attending the point-person gathering. We will be having a time of sharing ideas and supporting one another, an introductory training to the CarePortal card, and will celebrate your service and successes. Feel free to invite other church members as well, for example a pastor who has been involved or would benefit from more information, a potential point person, and/or a church responder from your team.
