Parents of Teens+ Virtual Support Group (for those parenting youth ages 13-21+)

Join our lunch 1.5 hour support group at this new time as you face the unique challenges of parenting your teenage or young adult child.
Help One Child offers a Parents of Teens+ Support Group for parents with 13-21+ year olds. Virtual meetings are the 4th Monday from 12 -pm – 1 pm (unless it’s a holiday). Topics, curriculum and discussion focus on the unique needs and developmental stages of this teen age group. The December meeting will be rescheduled so it doesn’t fall on Christmas!
Topic: The Holidays are Hard…Holiday Triggers for Foster and Adopted Kids
We have a short curriculum and topic to discuss, but the most important part of our gathering is connecting, feeling heard, and supporting each other to form a community with parents who get it! We’re looking to offer an in person group soon, so join and start getting to know folks virtually!
