In an effort to continue to build healthy relationships, families, and communities, Dr. Sarah Hill, PsyD will guide us to talk a bit about how we think about help. Maybe some of us have had to be strong for so long we don’t like to think of ourselves as needing anything. Maybe others have felt their pleas for help ignored or mocked. Maybe you feel embarrassed about the amount of help you currently need in this stage of your life. Whatever your situation, we could all benefit from being able to identify what we need and want AND communicate it in a way that increases the likelihood we’ll get the help we need. This workshop will focus on practical tools and tasks that you can start implementing right away!
