Parent Child Connection is a monthly parent training for adoptive, foster, and kinship parents. Each training is taught by a therapist, social worker, or professional who specializes in attachment issues and/or trauma. Both of these issues are common in children who are in adoptive, foster, or kinship families. Often, traditional parenting is not effective for these children. Parent Child Connection focuses on teaching trauma-informed parenting concepts that can dramatically improve day to day interactions between parents and children.
