Giving Tree Gift Request North Bay 2021

Please submit two gifts per child in your household. If you have multiple children in your household, refresh the page after each submission confirmation. You will receive a separate email confirmation for each child’s wish list.
Please follow the guidelines listed below, or your gift request will be at risk of not being approved
- Submit a separate form entry for each child currently living in your home.
- Please do not exceed $50 (per gift)Â when requesting gifts for your child.
- Your Child’s Christmas gift will not be wrapped this year.
- Please be specific and provide the weblink to the item being requested if possible.
- You may request two items for your child.
- We cannot guarantee that your child will receive exactly what they are asking for.
