CarePortal is a technology platform that brings social service agencies and church responders together to serve children and families touched by the child welfare system. Help One Child has been implementing this nationwide program in the San Francisco Bay Area since 2017. Help One Child facilitates the collaboration of nonprofits, churches, schools, and government agencies, to better serve our local families and unite as a community.
