Founded in 1993 by Mark and Jo Anne Morris, Help One Child’s mission is to support families and children impacted by foster care and adoption. We are a Religious (Non-Denominational) 501c3 Non-Profit. As a staff and board, we are motivated by our Christian faith to serve the vulnerable children in our communities. Our support services are available to ANY child or family regardless of race, gender, age, sexual orientation, socio-economic status, nationality, political leanings, etc. who have either been adopted or has a Child Protective Services case open.

Our mission is fulfilled by deploying the local church. Due to this, church partnerships are critical and the right candidate will have a love for the bride of Christ and a heart full of compassion for all impacted by foster care and adoption.

This position is highly relational. As Executive Director you will be the representative for Help One Child to churches and organizations around the bay area and country. In addition to be energized by networking, you will also be the staff's main source of encouragement and guidance. Describe your prior work experience relevant to networking and managing people.*
