July Virtual Monthly Parent Training: Trust Based Relational Intervention® Caregiver Training Series

Introduction and Overview

This virtual training series breaks down the attachment-based, trauma-informed, whole-child approach known as Trust Based Relational Intervention (TBRI®). TBRI® teaches caregivers how to see and meet the needs of children who have experienced abuse, neglect, and/or trauma. It focuses on three harmonious principles: Connecting Principles for attachment needs, Empowering Principles to address physical needs, and Correcting Principles to disarm fear- based behaviors. This intervention model is based on attachment theory, neuroscience, and evidence-based techniques. Caregivers will be equipped with a knowledge base and then offered real-life strategies and tools to use with children.

Candace Ramirez, J.D., TBRI® Practitioner 

Candace provides Trust-Based Relational Intervention® Training virtually and in person in East Bay, California. Originally from Las Vegas, she has years of experience serving as a Children’s Attorney for foster youth. Candace is passionate about attachment parenting and healing trauma. She is a wife and new mother.
